A PILOT was performing daredevil aerobatics in Argentina when the wing of his plane broke off. Luckily, the pilot activated a parachute system protecting the whole plane and walked away from the cockpit unharmed.
A SWARM of bees held an American policeman hostage in his car for three hours after escaping from a broken-down lorry. Between 30,000 and 50,000 bees were removed from the exterior of the police car.

A sea turtle found a waterproof camera in the Caribbean, somehow activated the device, filmed itself and is now a YouTube sensation. US Coast Guard agent Paul Schultz found the camera on a Florida beach and posted the images on its memory chip on the Internet in an attempt to find its owner.
Hundreds of giant venomous jellyfish have turned up at the Cornish coast in their search for food. The Lion's Mane jellyfish, or Cyanea capillata, have a sting which can cause muscle paralysis, leading to suffocation and heart attacks.
Six people were arrested, another was taken to hospital and one of London's busiest shopping areas was closed after a mass water fight got out of hand. Officers believe around 1,500 revellers took part in the event in Oxford Street, which is thought to have been organised through social networking websites.
DAVID GIBBONS from Minnesota lost a testicle after a game called ‘kick in the nuts’. After school, he went to the hospital with severe pain. Doctors amputated his right testicle. “Parents need to make sure their children do not partake in these crazy games,” said Doctor Wheeler from the hospital.
