Malaga.es Sabor offers a taste of local cuisine

DURING the Fair of Towns and Cities in Malaga, Feria de los Pueblos y Ciudades de Malaga, the first edition of the days of gastronomy Malaga.es Sabor (Malaga.es Flavour) will take place.

This year Malaga’s Tourism Board wants to emphasise its agreement with the local town halls to improve the public services which is stipulated in the Plan de Modernizacion: Malaga Evoluciona as well as showing the excellence of Malaga’s cuisine.

Malaga.es Sabor starts on April 19 at 11.15am and closes on April 22 at 9.30pm.

During the fair there will be presentations and tastings. Experts including journalists Enrique Bellver and Miguel Nieto will talk about modern Malaga cooking and praise its simplicity.

Furthermore, there will be demonstrations by famous chefs, restaurants and cookery schools who will give visitors the chance to taste local dishes.
