New look for local police

LOCAL POLICE from Marbella were present at the official presentation of their new summer uniform, which uses material that will offer them more comfort and freedom of movement. The new uniform also allows them to be identified with more ease combining blue and yellow for better visibility and complying with European standards.

Officers will be wearing blue-backed polo shirts with yellow front panels in lightweight material, or t-shirts in dark blue with ‘Policia’ written in white.

Their jackets are short and blue with side openings, a fleecy interior, yellow front panels and a chequered reflective band on the bottom. The waterproof anorak is also in blue and yellow with reflective stripes, and the baseball cap has ‘Policia Local Marbella’ written on the back.
