Portuguese history presentations

Dr Peter Booker and Professor Trevor Haywood will be presenting a series of illustrated talks on various aspects of Portuguese history at the Vila Sol Hotel in Vilamoura every two weeks on Wednesdays at 6.30pm. The cost is 10 euros and this includes a glass of wine. On March 7 Dr Booker will speak about the three Portuguese Empires (in Asia, Brazil and Africa). Dr Booker and Professor Haywood have been presenting talks over the last 18 months at the Museum in São Brás. Recently Dr Booker was elected as President of the Algarve Archaeological Association.
