Support domestic violence victims on International Women’s Day

THURSDAY March 8 is International Women's Day, and to mark the occasion the Women in Business Club (WIBC) is organising an event in the Denia Marriott Hotel. According to a press release issued by the WIBC, the event will feature all sorts of events and activities guaranteed to attract hundreds of people.

The following is an extract from a press release issued by the WIBC: “International Women’s Day is celebrated around the world, and the Women in Business Club is proud to host this annual event for the third year in a row.  “This years’ exhibition will be staged at the Marriott Hotel in Denia and will showcase the best businesses owned and run by regional women. There will be a full agenda of live on-stage show-stoppers guaranteed to keep you entertained all day long. “There will be a specialized health room that will be catering to all the latest and greatest in professional health care education and therapies. All of the top regional beauty experts will also be on hand to offer exciting tips and treatments.

“Of course, no one will want to miss the fabulous and unique fashions and other lifestyle exhibits, from computers to catering, which are sure to provide something of interest for everyone.  “This event is free to the public and starts at 10am till 6pm. All proceeds from the raffles and exhibits go to support the Victims of Domestic Violence and the WIBC Helpline Project.”
