Four star hotel in train station centre

THE Barcelo chain will be celebrating the opening of a new hotel in June, which will be located in the Vialia Commercial Centre of the Maria Zambrano Malaga train station, according to sources from “Europa Press”.

The “Barcelo Malaga” four star hotel will take up 14,000 square metres of the centre and will consist of seven floors with 220 rooms covering the train station lobby.

There will also be a convention centre of over 1,500 square metres divided into 16 halls with a maximum capacity of 1,200 people, and equipped with the latest technologies.

It is thought that the Barcelo chain will invest more than 12.7 million euros in the installations, architecture and décor of this second hotel they have built in the Malaga Province – the first being Barcelo Marbella Golf.
