Spirit Productions bring Liza and Lionel to the Costa del Sol

LIONEL RICHIE and Liza Minnelli will perform this summer at the Hotel Puente Romano Tennis Club in Marbella, on July 31 and August 8, making them the two most important concerts that will be held in the town this year. The concerts are produced by Spirit Productions and Lionel Richie’s performance is his only one in Spain during the ‘Coming Home’ Tour. He will perform hits from his time with the Commodores such as ‘Easy’, ‘Brick House’ and ‘Three Times a Lady’; others from throughout his career including ‘Hello’, ‘Dancing on the Ceiling’, ‘Endless Love’, ‘All Night Long’ and his latest hits. He has sold more than 100 million albums throughout his 30 year career and written some of the world’s most famous love songs. He has won five Grammies, an Oscar and a Golden Globe Award, as well as several American Music Awards, People’s Choice Awards, the Crystal Award for Humanitarianism, the MOBO prize and many others.
Liza Minnelli can be considered one of the only great stars in the history of music. The star of ‘Cabaret’ will sing themes from ‘Money, Money’, ‘Maybe this time’, ‘Cabaret’, ‘New York, New York’ and other hits in her grand tour. She has had a life of addictions, divorces, court cases, illness and misfortunes which made it unlikely she would be seen on stage again. But in 2003, she starred in a television series, brought out a new album and began touring again. This summer she will travel throughout Europe and the United States. |  Return to Top
