Local hotel improve and reform facilities

HOTEL complex Sol Principe and Principito in Torremolinos have been carrying out improvement and reform work in their installations including complete renovation of the facade and terraced entrances to the first building.

A “ventilated facade” has been incorporated to completely update the building despite it being 35 years old. According to the hotel company, more renovation work will continue during November and the winter months, where they will focus on facades and balconies of the other two buildings of the complex.

Plans for November 2008 include reforming of the apartments, including the exterior and interior facades and a large and modern “pool-lake”.

Future construction plans include reforming of the basement area, where supplies for other hotels of the same chain were kept. Now that these supplies have been transferred to a more suitable location, the basement will eventually be converted into 11 rooms and a Spa area, thereby allowing the hotel complex access to the winter tourist market.
