New ICT courses in Dutch at

THE Eastern Algarve International School at Tavira (EAST) is starting a new series of workshops and Quick Start courses for Dutch speaking residents in the Algarve.
The programme is for business and non-business computer users who want to get better results from their PC, learn how to make a digital (home) video or be more creative with digital photos.
The focus in these 10 workshops will be hands-on and practical use of the computer programs and hardware. All full courses are for starters and more experienced computer users, and will begin in September 2007 and cost 100 euros for 10 two-hour sessions.
The workshops are: Hands-on Digital Photography; Hands-on Digital Video; Developing your own website and weblog; Windows XP home; Windows XP Professional; Windows Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point); Windows Vista.
Quick Start: As a introduction, EAST is organising Quick Start workshops on Digital Photography and Windows Excel in five, two-hour sessions for 50 euros. The starting date is June 15, 2007. EAST is located 4,5 km north of Tavira off the road to Cachopo in the Assêca Valley.
