Man in sexual abuse case walks free

A MAN accused of sexually abusing his partner’s two children for six years has been freed without charge by Malaga Provincial Court due to lack of evidence. The mother testified she had never seen any abnormal behaviour towards the children, and also denied her son had told her of abuse when aged 16. However, at the time, the mother lodged the complaint, she claimed the man had been using threats and violence to sexually abuse her son every week and her daughter every day while she was away from the home or was asleep.
