Tourism Board promotes Costa del Sol

THE Costa del Sol Tourist Board recently took part in a series of promotional campaigns in Eastern European cities, specifically Varsovia (Poland), Sofia (Bulgaria) and Budapest (Hungary). Around 28 representatives from different tourism promotion companies from various region, provinces and towns in Spain, as well as private companies, displayed what Spain has to offer. Five hotels, including Hotel Coral Beach in Malaga Province as well as nine travel agencies and a Spanish School were present. These Eastern European countries were targeted as all three are experiencing economic growth, especially Bulgaria with it becoming part of the EU this year.
