Obituary: Benny Trillingsgard

Benny in 2006.In memory

A special tribute to Benny Trillingsgard who died unexpectedly last month in Copenhagen. Best known in the Algarve for his beautiful boutique restaurant, Dinamarquês in Loulé, he was an exceptional chef and host.

A year ago, Benny retired and together with friends enjoyed a farewell party before returning to Denmark. He will be remembered for his warmth, generosity and the kindness he extended to everyone he encountered. Benny was a truly gentle man.
