Men demand money back from prostitute

NATIONAL POLICE have arrested two Polish men aged 39 and 28 for locking a prostitute inside their car and, according to the prostitute - who is a 23-year-old Spanish transvestite - threatening to kill him. Allegedly, the men had picked up the prostitute in Calle Concepcion Arenal on the Guadalhorce industrial estate; they had paid 20 euros in advance in exchange for sexual favours, but demanded their money back when they found out that the prostitute was a man. The transvestite refused and the two men became angry and kept him inside the car for an undetermined period of time. The transvestite allegedly testified that he heard one of the men say that he would take out a knife if he didn’t get his money back.

According to police sources the transvestite managed to escape from the car by kicking in the rear window and was found by a National Police patrol that had already been notified of the incident. Allegedly one of the men refused to tell the officers his name and tried to injure one of them.

The two are now facing charges of kidnapping and threatening behaviour; allegedly the knife to which the victim had referred was found inside the car.

The transvestite apparently suffered injuries during the incident.
