US Marines help out at cancer hospice

US Marines with Laura and Sergi from Cudeca.

ELEVEN US Marines from the U.S.S Carr, a US guided missile cruiser, visited a Cudeca Hospice in their spare time. The sailors volunteer to help with community services and being that the ship was docked in the Málaga port, they came along to the Cudeca Hospice to lend a helping hand to the delight of the other Cudeca volunteers and organisers.

Cudeca was extremely impressed with their military efficiency as in just a few hours they had sorted out the entire downstairs store room. All the hard work carried out was truly appreciated and Cudeca expresses sincere thanks to this dedicated group. Cudeca is always in need of volunteers to carry out all sorts of tasks.
