Lisbon is third on list of top ten

ACCORDING to an American travel agency and travel brochure publishers, Lisbon is third in a list of the world’s top ten destinations to visit in 2008.

Second and first were Butan and Greenland. The travel company also stated that Lisbon was the cheapest capital in western Europe.

It praised the seven hills, white limestone Portuguese cobbled streets and innovative internationalised Portuguese cuisine.
