Health centre opens

CHURRIANA Health Centre will now be opening on Saturday mornings with a doctor and a nurse in attendance. They will be dealing with urgent cases, daily treatments including injections and other problems. This means patients from the area will no longer have to go as far as Alhaurin de la Torre to seek care.

The work on a new 4,000m2 health centre is ongoing. It will care for 25,000 people and have 16 adults’ surgeries, eight paediatric surgeries, one multipurpose room, one for extractions and treatment, and another for injections.
