Bag snatch teenager is found

A YOUNG teenager who, with an accomplice grabbed the bag of a woman selling sight-seeing tickets to tourists in the street, was apprehended thanks to the quick action of two bar owners from Benalmadena Costa.

However, the accomplice in the snatch escaped, and also got away with the contents of the bag and a mobile phone, though the empty bag was later retrieved.

The bar owners chased the two teenagers after the snatch victim had sought the help of one of them by going into his bar. One of the boys was seized, but the other fled, and though police later arrived at the scene, he was not traced.
