THE Public Prosecution plans to ask for seven years each in prison for three Algerian men, aged 19, 22 and 30, who were allegedly in charge of a boat transporting illegal immigrants. The pneumatic boat, which had not safety measures, was intercepted off Cabo de Gata in July 2010 with 10 people on board, who they had charged €700 each for their passage from Oran.
