One of three Elsur employees on hunger strike to demand their unpaid wages was admitted to hospital with dangerously high blood pressure over the weekend. The employees are protesting against a proposed layoff plan, which would affect 180 of the workforce, as well as the fact they are owed wages for November and December, in addition to extra payment for December.
