FUENGIROLA – SINCE it was designed, Bioparc Fuengirola has had the wellbeing of its animals in mind. To help them survive the cold winter temperatures, there are measures such as under floor heating, radiators, double glazing and infrared lamps for the primates, gibbons, lemurs, deer and otters.
The crocodile enclosure is also heated and all the animals have a special diet to make sure they make it through the winter healthy and happy.
