A British paedophile has been sent to prison on remand, after being sentenced for child abuse in the UK, but managing to enter Spain by changing his name.
He was reported to the police in Benalmadena in August 2004 for abusing the four-year-old daughter of a friend. He was arrested but released without bail after three months.
He was finally arrested in London in 2008 and a court finally ordered that he be sent to prison in October 2010.
