A 40-YEAR-OLD man was arrested at Almeria Port charged with crimes against intellectual property, and contraband. His vehicle was checked at a routine control when disembarking from the ferry from North Africa, having claimed he had nothing to declare. He was transporting boxes containing 599 track suits and 82 pairs of sports shoes with forged brand names, all of which had a market value of more than €18,000.
