Restauranteurs recognised for supporting local fishermen

TWENTY-ONE restaurants participating in the 11th Seafood Cuisine Show were given quality certification plaques by Vilajoyosa Tourism and Commerce Department and the Fisherman’s Association. 

The plaques have the logo of the Fishermen’s Association to recognise their use of fish from the Vilera fishmarket in at least one of the dishes served at the Show which will be held between Monday April 4 and Sunday 10.
