Court rules for Benamocarra town hall

A MALAGA court has ruled in favour of Benamocarra Town Hall so it can recover the building which was occupied by CEDER Axarquia. CEDER was evicted from the building and appealed the decision, however, the building, which formerly housed the town hall, is owned by the municipality and is in the public domain. It can now be used for other local activities.
