SPANISH GOVERNMENT: State Pact Against Gender Violence provides town halls with cash

GUARDIA CIVIL in Almeria arrested three people charged with crimes against public health. They were caught during a routine vehicle control on the Torrecardenas road. They were in a taxi at the time and the officers saw them gesticulating to the driver. When they inspected the vehicle they found a purse on the floor which contained twelve bags of speed and a container with eight mescaline capsules.
