Beach Cricket Tournament in Mojacar

This Sunday sees the 2011 Mojacar Beach Cricket Tournament take place in front of Restuarante Fantasia starting at 10am. Being organised by Mojacar Cricket Club this event will be fun for the whole family. With 15 teams of six already entered (for late entries please call Sam on 663 132 487) it promises to a a great day out.

Restaurante Fantasia are coinciding the event with the opening of their ouside Beach Bar for the summer season and there will be an all day barbecue as well as entertainment by Mel Jay to keep the crowd entertained during breaks in the games.

If you haven’t tried one of their strawberry Mojitos then you are missing out. They will also be serving their traditional Sunday lunch as always but spaces are very limited due to the popularity of this annual event so bookings are strongly advised on 950 475 127.

Spectrum FM have entered a team and ‘The Spectrumettes’ will be in attendance performing their own special version of cheerleading.
