A MALAGA court has issued an order to Cartama Town Hall to demolish a house built on non-urban land. A sentence was passed in 2008 that ordered that the land be restored to its former state of legality, but the demolition has not been carried out. This is the second demolition order the town hall has received in just a month, as a court ordered that a sentence affecting 25 houses in the Dehesa Baja area be carried out, including at least one being demolished.
