TWO Spanish men have been arrested in Santa Pola on burglary, larceny and robbery charges. One of the men allegedly stole from a jewellery store, hitting the shop keeper on the head when she resisted. He then got into the getaway car, driven by his accomplice, which was discovered to have been stolen from a home they burgled in Benissa in July 2010 and had its licence plates changed.
The suspects were identified via images from security cameras.
