MORE than 95 percent people who use Denia Hospital believe that its services have improved in recent years, a survey conducted by the Valencian Regional Government found. The level of satisfaction of patients of the Denia Health Department has progressively increased in the past three years to hover above the Valencia Health Agency average.
In fact, between 80 and 90 per cent of users would recommend the health center.
The obstetric and the pediatrics departments got the highest ratings with 99 per cent of users satisfied with the service.
The midwives in the delivery room were seen as ‘highly trustworthy’ and received a 98 per cent satisfaction rating for the speed of attention and care given to infants.
