THE Mayor of Fuengirola, Esperanza Oña, has requested a meeting with the new Junta de Andalucia Environmental Delegate to deal with the situation of businesses on local beaches. The mayor wants to meet with Francisco Fernandez España to discuss matters concerning the owners of chiriguitos (beach restaurants) and sun bed vendors on the local beaches.
She sent him a letter to congratulate him on his new position but has still not received an answer.
