AROUND 20 Local Police officers in the Marina Baixa are attending a course that will enable them to “identify foreign driving licenses and vehicle documentation.” The course is being conducted at the CESPOL building in Villajoyosa.
“The aim of this course is to acquaint attendees with the knowledge necessary to detect the authenticity of the documentation relating to foreign vehicles, given the high tourist and foreign population in the municipality,” said Councillor Beatriz Llinares.
Both theory and practical studies are completed in a total of 25 hours over four days and is taught by a member of the Local Valencian Police who is an expert in documentation.
