A 28-year-old Moroccan man has been arrested after being identified by DNA as the alleged perpetrator of a sexual assault on a British tourist in May 2007. The incident occurred while the man was on holiday in Torremolinos. In a statement today, the forensic report and DNA sample was made available to Police that secured the arrest of the suspect.
According to reports, the victim was sexually assaulted by the man when he returned to a hotel after a night out.
