NATIONAL POLICE have arrested one of Colombia’s most dangerous hit men, known as ‘Pipi’, in Valencia. There was an international arrest warrant against him for his involvement in the shooting of a man in 2006, and his photo was amongst Colombia’s ‘most wanted’.
The National Police collaborated with the Colombian authorities in the search for 38-year-old Carlos Alberto Alarcon Quintero, who belonged to one of the most active groups of hired killers from Santiago de Cali.
He was detected in Spain in October last year, where he continued to operate in drugs sales and hired killings. He was living under a false identity.
