A MALAGA judge has admitted a lawsuit presented by the family of a pupil who was expelled for allegedly having written an offensive comment against a teacher.
The high school student was accused of having written a “seriously offensive” phrase about his Social Science teacher in an exam on this subject, and was banned from coming to class. He not only denies having written the comment, but also wants to undergo a handwriting test to prove this.
The lawsuit is against the headmaster and the Junta de Andalucia Provincial Delegate for Education for alleged breach of legal duty.
