MATTHEW ULLGER, a Gibraltar local, has been sentenced to five-years-four-months in jail. The 27-year-old was convicted for dealing cocaine by a jury in the Supreme Court on May 31 this year. He was arrested in 2009 while in the possession of 25.5 grams of cocaine and charged with possession of drugs and possession with the intent to supply.
His sentence was for the intent to supply; no separate penalty was applied for possession.
