NATIONAL POLICE found a body in a block of concrete left at a cyber-café in Zaragoza. It was extracted for an autopsy and identified as the 35-year-old owner.
The body was found after neighbours complained of a strange smell. The cyber-café, which was run by foreigners, has been closed for months.
