Romanians held for forcing niece to become call girl

TWO Romanians were arrested for allegedly forcing their 15-year-old niece into prostitution and to steal in various towns in the Alicante Province.

Initially she was made to carry out petty thefts and after two months she was forced to prostitute herself at a 24-hours brothel in Alicante City. She was allegedly forced to work the trade around the clock, only allowed to stop for eating and sleeping. The French ‘pimp’ who allegedly ran the brothel has also been arrested. 

As the girl has no other family members in Spain, she has been taken to the child protection centre.
