International footballer, Adrian Ortola honoured by Javea City Council

Javea City Council paid tribute to one of their famous sons’ last week, when Mayor Jose Chulvi presented a plaque to “Under 19” international footballer Adrian Ortola, to remind him that he will always find support in his native town.

The proud goalkeeper of the newly appointed Champions of Europe, signed the City Book of Honour, alongside other famous sons of Javea including, David Ferrer, Roma Bas, Paco Prats, Sergio Torres and Xavi Hernandez.

Councillor responsible for sports, Juan Luis Cardona said that the age of 17, this young man is already a fine benchmark for local youth and that the town are proud of his achievements at such an early age.
