THE former governing team in Malaga Provincial Government had 800 state-of-the-art phones worth €180,000 according to the PP Secretary General in Andalucia, Antonio Sanz.

Half of these mobile phones, with which the team allegedly ran up bills of up to €104,446, have not been returned.

These Blackberry, iPhone and smartphone terminal were given to PSOE and Izquierda Unida appointed position holders, and were requested in July.

The PP also complains that 12 computers and two iPads still remain missing, and are considering taking the former provincial government members who have failed to hand in the phones and computers to court for misappropriation.
