A WOMAN was arrested in Jaen for allegedly drowning her children, aged three and 11, in the bath.
Her husband called the emergency services to alert them that the woman was in her home and was threatening to kill the two children. Local and National Police were sent to the scene with paramedics, but when they arrived they found the children were dead.
According to reports in the national press, the 37-year-old woman suffered from depression. She confessed to the National Police that she had killed her two children.
