Ambulance strike this Saturday in Palma de Mallorca

AMBULANCES in Palma de Mallorca could be on ‘strike’ this Saturday if staff are not paid outstanding salaries.
The strike will consist of working their normal hours but without overtime, union CCOO reported. Due to the sector in which they work, they have taken the needs of users into consideration and ensured that the emergency services will be operational.
This potential partial strike was announced after no agreement could be reached between CCOO and Mallorca’s Servei sanitary transport service. The strike must comply with the collective agreement signed in June in regards to the recovering of wages due.
