Local artists exhibition ‘Encounters’ in Torrevieja

Torrevieja’s Mayor Eduardo Dolon, accompanied by other dignitaries, inaugurated an exhibition by local artists entitled ‘Encuentros’ in the Exhibition Hall of the Cultural Centre “Virgen del Carmen”.
The exhibition is a high quality presentation featuring 20 works by young, local artists: Olga Parra, Alberto Velazquez, Valentin Rojas, Elizabeth Herrero, Aitor Alonso, Elena Vidal and Carlos Vera.
Entry to the exhibition is free and can be viewed during normal opening hours of the centre. It features different techniques and styles such as oil on canvas, watercolours, spray and pen, ink on paper, acrylic on canvas, pencil on paper and spray painting, graffiti style. The mayor congratulated the young local artists for the high quality of their work and highlighted the good work of the Municipal School of Painting.
This group exhibition will remain open until the 28th of October.
