Cañada del Lobo, (Torremolinos) fire

A FIRE in the hills above Torremolinos affected almost two hectares of pastures and bushes.

The fire broke started in the area called Cañada del Lobo just north of the A-7 motorway, on Tuesday afternoon and was brought under control within five hours.

Four helicopters, two planes, firemen, Guardia Civil and Local Police participated in the extinction effort.
