THE Molino Quintín windmill in San Pedro del Pinatar is in a ‘sad state of disrepair’, the Union, Progress and Democracy (UPyD) party denounced.
This ‘symbol of the town’ needs whitwashing, its wooden roof and sails repaired and the area around it cleaned-up.
