ONE of the hottest chefs in Spain, Marbella-born Dani Garcia attended the inauguration of the kitchen classroom in Laude San Pedro International College.
Garcia, 36, is head chef at Calima Restaurant in Marbella’s Gran Hotel Melia Don Pepe, awarded its second Michelin star this year.
During the act, he cut the ribbon that gave access to the cooking installations and spoke to the students who are currently studying Food Technology.
He spoke briefly of his life, of his great passion for cooking and of his personal preparation of dishes in his creative and innovative workshop in Marbella.
Garcia will invite students with the highest grades to visit the kitchen of his Restaurant Calima in Marbella.
