A 24-YEAR-OLD man was arrested in Gijon for leaving a bill of €400 unpaid at a restaurant.
He had been eating tapas, seafood and lobster with cider and other drinks with two other men, before leaving one by one.
However, he forgot his jacket which contained his wallet and ID. When he went back to get it, the police were waiting for him and arrested him when he admitted that he didn’t have any money and had no intention of paying.
He had prior arrests for drugs-related crimes and threatening behaviour.
