PEOPLE in Alicante Province waiting to be diagnosed with epilepsy are being forced to wait 1 year to be seen.
This is because there is no facility at Alicante General Hospital so people must go on the waiting list at La Fe Hospital in Valencia City.
Some 20,000 people in the Alicante Province are affected with this illness, according to the Valencia Regional Epilepsy Association (ALCE).
