Violent transsexual inmate attacks officer

THE transsexual inmate accused of attacking a female prison guard in Alhaurin de la Torre, reportedly hit a Guardia Civil officer while being transferred.

The inmate, 33, legally recognized as a woman, has more than 48 complaints of violence against her in 10 years.

The latest attack reportedly took place when she was being returned to the prison after a visit to the hospital where she is receiving sex-change treatment.
