THERE are some 8,100 flamingoes at the Fuente de Piedra Natural Park. They normally wait for rain to breed, as they make their nests with mud.
However, if it doesn’t rain in April, they will create nests with small stones.
Despite the lack of rain this winter, the water level in the lake is sufficient for breeding.
