NATIONAL POLICE seized a wardrobe containing 540 kilos of hashish that one gang of drug traffickers had allegedly stolen from another.
Fourteen people were arrested in the Granada towns of Atarfe, La Herradura and Motril.
The investigation began last year when police discovered that a group was bringing hashish into Spain hidden in lorries.
This gang was due to sell a shipment of drugs to another, which instead found them and stole them from a property in La Herradura.
They stored the hashish in the wardrobe of an apartment in Atarfe.
Police seized precision scales, a car, 10 phones, documents, 40 grammes of cocaine, two guns and ammunition.
They then focused on arrested the gang which was smuggling the drugs into Spain who were located in La Herradura.
